1. Quality of the sound depends largely on the original old records. Improvements on sound have been made to our best and should be accepted as such.
2. This site shows the now-available downloadable items of our library.
3. Recordings are in digital MP3 format.
4. Delivery is by email. You will receive a link to the ordered item/s for downloading from our store site.
5. Please allow 24 hours from the time your payment appears in our account to receive your email download link.
Check your spam / junk folder if you don't find our email in your in-box.
6. If you have lost your link or the downloaded item please send us an email explaining what happened. We will re-send you the link if you inform us within 7 days from receiving our first email.
7. Refunds are possible provided you have not received you download link yet. No refund is possible after the e-link has been sent to you.
8. Download links are send to the same email address you have used to process your order.
